Company Project Managers’ Insights: Ron Oknin, Project Manager

The King Parking Lot development project in Jerusalem involves extensive infrastructure work and the construction of a four-level underground parking lot on General Pierre Koenig Street, the main thoroughfare of the Talpiot neighborhood. This project spans a total area of about 16,000 square meters and includes the construction of a new two-lane extension road, infrastructure development, cycling paths, and a public parking lot beneath the newly built road. Additionally, the project integrates an advanced electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

“I am grateful to be part of this transformative project, which will significantly enhance the quality of life in Jerusalem by upgrading transportation solutions. The site presents numerous challenges, including problematic soil conditions and high-density surroundings that have impacted workflow continuity. However, thanks to the expertise of our professionals and Zementcal’s extensive experience in smart traffic management, we are successfully meeting our project goals. We meticulously manage the project schedule while maintaining thorough oversight and quality control.”
