Meet Alex Kringold, an Engineer at Cementcal, who led the Azrieli Town Project

Azrieli Town – an Azrieli Group real estate project, is situated on 12,000 square yards in the heart of Tel Aviv’s bustling business center, near the Light Rail. It consists of a 5,500 square meters commercial center, a 45-story office tower rising 190 meters high, and a residential tower of 215 apartments.

This venture incorporated several joint projects, such as anchoring the ground, excavating basements, casting rafts and creating dewatering solutions – all as means of providing safe structuring and construction procedures.

Due to an existing electricity infrastructure that could not be evacuated, our greatest challenge was the need to work simultaneously on several different floors. With skillful teamwork and round-the-clock shifts, we adapted the implementation stages to the challenging topography and successfully completed the mission.

I’m grateful to have contributed my professional experience and skills to this complex project, and witness my outstanding team demonstrate best results within a challenging framework of comprehensive engineering.
