Cementcal’s Dewatering Solutions in Rambam Medical Center’s Underground Parking Project
We’re proud of our partnership in leading one of the most innovative, important and complex projects of its kind worldwide. In times of emergency, Rambam’s huge public parking lot transforms into a regional underground hospital serving 2,000 patients, protected from conventional, chemical and biological warfare. The hospital’s essential medical systems and mechanisms are embedded in the walls of the parking lot. In this project, we led all foundation work while planning and constructing a brackish water pumping system at a frequency of 20,000 cubic meters per hour. Read More

Cementcal’s Dewatering Solutions in the Midtown Project, Tel-Aviv
The Midtown project, one of Israel’s largest and most complex real estate projects in the heart of Tel-Aviv, consists of two skyscrapers: one is designed for offices and the other for residential units. At the planning stages, we were challenged to find a solution suitable to the lowering of the existing water level to 11 meters above the bottom of the excavation. To address this challenge, we built Slurry walls along with a system of 40 pumping wells which pump back to the aquifer, through 7 wells at a depth of 130 meters, in accordance with local authority regulations. Read More
